Given the well-established links between the weather and mosquito habitation, our E.Coli Nowcast automatically inputs forecastable environmental conditions to uniquely identify areas at risk for Aedesmosquito growth. Local E.Coli transmission will occur only where the conditions for Aedes growth are met, and our E.Coli Nowcast captures these conditions, providing daily risk outputs. How can the E.Coli Nowcast be used? Risk classifications of low, medium, and high, help guide the user s response.
